A TOTALLY UNIQUE APPROACH

Welcome to a genuinely different approach to the ancient art of Astrology. Be prepared to open your heart to the world of poetry and paradox - to hunt for meaning in ways that aren?t linear or necessarily logical. Significance lies in a deepening of the sense of mystery, not in the lessening of it.

WEEKLY ASTROLOGY

with SUDHIR (M.J.Dean)

ARIES (Mar 21 – Apr 20)

The work year ends on the end of a lunar cycle. Shed some skin and come out new. It’s a beginning too. Though you are partial to an adrenal thrill, you’re not too keen on hard edges. Pull back from working or partying too hard. Trust in gentle and reflective hints.

TAURUS (Apr 21 – May 20)

Practical matters are likely to be on hold. There’s a big rock in the middle of the highway. It’s a friend. It’s protecting you from something, as much as it is getting in your way. Trust it. The instant you take a moment to dream of your deeper aims, a smile arrives.

GEMINI (May 21 – June 21)

There are a few cosmic constrictions around. Slip into that amazing gear you have, that is able to take trouble by the scruff of the neck and turn it into a party. Watch for habits of complaint. They are capable of diverting you from the magic that is hiding waiting to be found.

CANCER (June 22 – July 22)

As the revelry season kicks in, watch for people who are spending time alone. They are thinking thoughts that are really worth hearing. The part of you that always heads into the kitchen at parties is a worthy and honest aspect of your being. Peek under the froth and fury.

LEO (July 23 – Aug 22)

Any friction you might be feeling can work for you. When there’s too much effort being made to be happy, it’s ok to go and ask about the sadness. Where there’s too much effort being made to get it right, go and ask if you can help to stuff things up a bit. Keep it real.

VIRGO (Aug 23 – Sept 22)

As life tends to go slightly out of control at this time of the year, it’s worth remembering that any habit of wanting to keep it all together, is sure to be tested. Honesty is bound to leap out in the midst of the best laid plans. Though bumpy, it will bring laughter and release.

LIBRA (Sept 23 – Oct 23)

Venus is in Aquarius, inspiring innovation and experiment in your normally equilibrium-loving self. Freedom needs exercising every now and again. Wherever the open sky is, that is where life is drawing you. Go with the pull lightly - and with your lights turned on.

SCORPIO (Oct 24 – Nov 21)

It suits you to hit whatever life is throwing at you hard. It’s on the edge that one gets glimpses of aliveness. This habit has to be kept one step removed from counter-phobia however. With awareness and love, this thrill stays creative. Go for creative breakthrough.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov 22 – Dec 21)

The Moon is playing tricks. She is taking us through somewhat difficult endings in this cycle, in order to freshen us up in the new year with clear eyes. To the degree that we resist change, it hurts. A sincere desire to understand is capable of clearing any confusion.

CAPRICORN (Dec 22 – Jan 19)

As others spin off their axes, or grip the edge of the merry-go-round as it turns, you are as happy as Larry at the very centre. Centre of action, centre of attention; both work well for you. Your happiness is capable of reassuring those with the wobbles, so be authentic.

AQUARIUS (Jan 20 – Feb 18)

With Venus in your vicinity, love is looming. A satisfied Venus brings bliss. An unsatisfied Venus turns us into ravenous consumers. Feast with awareness, heart and soul and you’ll be saved  from various mundane forms of gluttony. Cut loose. Breathe in the new

PISCES (Feb 19 – Mar 20)

Communicate; even if others seem to be doing everything conceivable not to. This time of the year tends to bring all sorts of wonders to the surface. Circumvent any incidents of misunderstanding with compassion, interest and good listening. And tell your story.
